William (Bill) Armstrong
Thank you for taking the time to check out our website!
We are Regina Armstrong and Victoria Vancek, sisters who reside in BC’s lower mainland and we have an interest in all things haunted and historical. There’s a growing fascination in the paranormal and after doing a few ghostly walks, historical tours and visiting several museums our childhood interest in ghosts and hauntings was rekindled.
We’re always curious to learn more about various haunted places so we started to explore locations on our own—those we heard about and some that haven’t been previously explored. After a few of our own spooky and unexplainable adventures we became hooked! As an artist, Regina has a natural fascination for history, all things vintage and has a passion for writing. Victoria has a vast science background and is in charge of anything and everything web related. She designed our Haunted History BC logo and our website. William is our quality control when it comes to HHBC products and when we go on location he makes sure we have all of our equipment. With his amazing navigation skills he makes sure we get to our locations safely and is also our resident skeptic and debunker.
The haunted aspect of buildings, parks and cemeteries undoubtedly lures one in, however, intertwined with all of this mystery is the actual history. Our goal is to explore and to share our appreciation for all places eerie, beautiful, and old because they have stories worth telling. We aren’t here to prove or disprove the existence of anything paranormal but we enjoy investigating hauntings, shadow people, Sasquatch and various myths and legends. Locations beckon with echoes from the past and we feel compelled to research, learn and ultimately, share our experiences with you.
If you are a paranormal enthusiast, enjoy local folklore or consider yourself a history lover, we hope you enjoy our site, photos, and our recent projects. Let’s face it, there’s nothing like hearing hollow footsteps down a dark, narrow hallway in a dilapidated building or the chill that washes over you in a cemetery at twilight where legend has it, an ethereal figure lingers among the shadows.
Grab your flashlights and together we’ll dare to wander down the dimly lit corridors of haunted history.
